Ask us directly

We work across both land and housing — from serviced plots and estate land to fully built residential homes. Every listing is verified before it goes live, whether it's a bare plot or a move-in-ready house.

Typically a valid ID, proof of funds, and a signed offer letter to start. For land, we also confirm the survey plan and title documents on your behalf so you're covered before any money changes hands.

Yes — every land listing we bring you has been through a title search and ownership check before it's presented. If you already have a plot in mind, we can also carry out due diligence on it directly.

Always. We arrange in-person viewings for houses and site inspections for land, and can walk you through boundaries, access roads, and neighbouring developments while you're there.

Your deposit is held pending final documentation and handover. We provide a receipt and a clear timeline for the remaining steps, and stay in the loop with you until keys or title are officially in your hands.
